What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry and trade portal forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery postcode, your order list and any notes, and whether you asked for a trade account. Please do not send us anything more sensitive than that.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you ask for one, set up a trade account. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

Our forms are delivered to us by email through formsubmit.co, which processes the form contents on our behalf. Our website is served by a hosting provider. The home page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when the page loads. The home page also loads an animation script from cdnjs (a content delivery service run by Cloudflare) and two photographs from Unsplash, which means your browser contacts those services when the page loads. We share data with professional advisers or authorities only where the law requires or the work needs it.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to answer and follow up the enquiry, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records of any trade that follows. We then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict or object to its use, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
